EcommTrades acts as a digital intermediary between sellers and customers. Sellers offer products sourced from third-party suppliers through a dropshipping model. Customers purchase products directly through our website. We manage all transaction processing, tax responsibilities, and order fulfillment systems, ensuring a smooth and secure experience for all users.
2. Use of Cryptocurrency
EcommTrades accepts only cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, ETH, BTC) for transactions to ensure speed, security, and global accessibility.
By using EcommTrades, you agree that:
You understand and accept the risks associated with crypto payments, including price volatility and wallet management.
You are responsible for any local reporting requirements regarding crypto assets.
You may choose to classify earnings as crypto investments for tax purposes if you earn substantial profit through the platform.
EcommTrades may use escrow or smart contracts to facilitate secure transactions where necessary.
3. Account Eligibility
To use EcommTrades:
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).

4. Vendor Requirements & Onboarding
Becoming a vendor on EcommTrades requires:
A one-time verification and onboarding process, including proof of identity and sourcing capabilities.
Ability to cover retail costs of products sourced from third-party suppliers, as sellers must front the cost before customer payment is released.
Agreement to our performance standards including order fulfillment, communication, and quality compliance.
We reserve the right to remove vendors who fail to meet marketplace standards or engage in misleading practices.
5. Platform Fee Structure
EcommTrades will:
Cover all transaction and network fees associated with processing orders on behalf of the seller.
Include any necessary sales or platform-based taxes in the customer’s checkout total, relieving sellers from filing tax separately on our platform.
Please note: Earnings will be released to vendors after successful confirmation of order shipment and delivery.
6. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
Use crypto payment methods as provided by the platform.
Supply accurate and verifiable shipping information.
Only use the platform for legal purchases and not engage in chargeback fraud or abuse of disputes.
7. Disputes, Returns & Refund Policy
Each seller must display a clear return/refund policy on their product pages.
Disputes are handled through our internal resolution system, which may include third-party arbitration, partial refunds, or store credits.
In cases of undelivered orders, fraudulent items, or misrepresentation, EcommTrades may issue refunds or reverse payments from escrow.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on EcommTrades, including product descriptions, branding, graphics, and layout, is the property of EcommTrades or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:
Reproduce or redistribute platform content without permission.
Use our brand for advertising without written approval.
Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with EcommTrades.
9. Tax Responsibility and Declaration
EcommTrades simplifies tax reporting by absorbing direct platform-related taxes and allowing sellers to declare their income as crypto investment gains. However:
Sellers and buyers remain individually responsible for reporting crypto transactions and income as required by their local jurisdictions.
We encourage consulting a licensed tax advisor for compliance.
10. Risk Disclaimer (Crypto Volatility)
Using cryptocurrency involves financial risk. EcommTrades is not responsible for:
Fluctuations in token value.
Errors caused by incorrect wallet addresses or delayed confirmations.
Losses due to user error, hardware/software failure, or compromised private keys.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use EcommTrades for any unlawful purposes. This includes:
Money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraudulent transactions.
Selling counterfeit or restricted products.
Circumventing crypto payment policies or manipulating reviews.
Violators will be permanently banned and reported to appropriate authorities.
12. Limitation of Liability
EcommTrades acts as a neutral platform. We are not liable for:
Delays or issues caused by third-party suppliers.
Damage or loss from courier services.
