At EcommTrades, we strive to ensure every customer receives quality products from our network of trusted global vendors. Due to the nature of our dropshipping and crypto-based platform, all sales are considered final unless the product is received damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.


1. Eligible Return Conditions

Customers are eligible for a return or refund only if:


The product arrives damaged or broken


The item is defective or non-functional


The product is significantly not as described in the listing


We do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.


2. Return Request Window

You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the item.


Requests submitted after this window may be rejected.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request:


Log in to your EcommTrades account.


Locate the order in your history.


Select “Report an Issue” and provide clear photos or video proof of the damage or defect.


Our support team will verify the claim and, if approved:


Issue a refund


Or provide instructions for returning the item, if required


4. Crypto Refunds

Refunds will be made in the same cryptocurrency used at checkout (e.g., USDT, ETH, BTC).


Refund amounts will reflect the original crypto value at the time of payment, not current market price.


Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval and may be subject to network or gas fees.


5. Return Shipping

If a return is required, EcommTrades or the vendor will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.


In most cases, we may not require physical return if adequate proof is provided.


6. Seller Responsibilities

Vendors must:


Ensure items are properly packed and quality-checked.


Respond to return claims within 72 hours.


Cooperate with our support team during investigations.


Failure to do so may result in withheld payouts or removal from the platform.


7. Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached between buyer and seller:


EcommTrades will act as a neutral mediator.


We may offer partial or full refunds depending on the case and evidence.


All decisions made by our dispute team are considered final.


8. Fraud Prevention

To maintain platform integrity:


Fraudulent return claims will result in account suspension or ban.


Excessive disputes without merit may also lead to restrictions.
